As you age, skin gets thinner and drier. The networks of fibres that make skin firm and elastic becomes disconnected, leading to visible signs of ageing, which is why taking care of it now, while skin is young is vital.
 

Snack on a kiwi fruit. With 7 essential vitamins and minerals (one fruit supply all the vitamin C you need in a day), the fruit contains all the goodness essential for skin’s radiance.

Put on a moisturiser with sunscreen (atleast) everytime you step out of the house. Does wonders!

DIY facial. Steam clean weekly. This relaxing ritual helps unclogged pores and deep cleanse the skin.
Method: Fill a basin with hot water, and with a towel draped over your head, lean over the water for about 5-10 minutes.

The skin around the eyes is the most sensitive. Smooth away the tiredness and fine lines by placing a slice of fresh cucumber on each eye.

Beauty comes from the inside. You are what you eat. Include fruit, vegetable and cold water fish which contain omega-3 acids in your diet. Take skin supplements too.
   

Drink green tea. Green tea contains healthy aids and protein which help to improve your complexion.
