Earn RM1 every 100 points. Turn 100 Points into RM1 discount or any amount you like based on your available points.
Step to redeem points
1. Click on the Redeem button for the rewards you wish to redeem. Move the navbar-toggle to the left according to the discount amount you desired and click Redeem.
2. Click on Apply Code to use the code on your order.
3. The code directly applies from the launcher to the cart and you will see discount on the subtotal section.
4. You will also be able to view all redeemed rewards at Rewards section by clicking Your Rewards > View. Click Apply Code to use the code.

What is Referral Program?
Our Total Image Online Store Referral Program allows you gain special discount voucher worth RM20 when you share our brand with your friends and family.
You will have a unique referral link that you can share via WhatsApp, Facebook, email or a direct link.
When your friend signs up for an account and makes a purchase, you will receive RM20 off coupon and your friend will receive RM20 off coupon as well.
How to participate?
Referrer
1. You as a referrer will be able to refer to your friends under the Referral section either by copying the direct link to your friends, or clicking and sharing on Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, or Email.
2. You will receive the reward once the referred friend completes a purchase with the referral coupon.
3. The rewards that both you (Referrer) and your friend (Referee) will get upon successful referral will be shown in the Your Rewards section as well.
Referred (Friends/family)
1. Your Friend (Referred) be able to see a unique link along with a customizable message, and they will be able to click on the link shared to them.
2. Upon clicking on the referral link that you (Referrer) shared, your Friend (Referee) will be redirected to Total Image website with the Loyalty & Rewards app opened and prompting them to enter their email to claim the reward.
3. The reward that your Friend (Referee) will get is shown in the Your Rewards section as well.
No, all rewards earned from the Total Image Online Store Rewards will be linked to your own account associated with your email address used to login.
Total Image Online Store Reward Points are non-transferable and non-expiring. Hence, they will not be reset at the last day of the year.

1. Points will be rewarded when orders are updated as PAID.
2. Points will be cancelled when orders are updated as Refunded & Voided.
3. Total amount of points to be awarded will be excluding shipping and tax amount.
4. In the event of order return & refund, all used points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used points on, you will not get replacement points as points are for one-time use only.

Pre-registration is NOT required for Bonus Voucher Program. All you have to do is to collect 8 Bonus Vouchers (same category) and submit to us via email.
2. How do I redeem my Bonus Voucher gift ?
Step 1: Collect a total of 8 Bonus Vouchers from the same category (Beauty/ Slimming / Mealshape).
Step 2: Select 1 of the listed products you would like to redeem from the bonus voucher.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details in 1 of the 8 Bonus Vouchers. Please ensure all information provided is accurate, correct and complete.
Step 4: Snap clear photos of your 8 Bonus Vouchers (front page with Voucher No) & email to bvredemption@totalimage.com.my. Our representative will contact you via email to assist & process your application.

4. Why does Bonus Vouchers comes in different colour?
There are 3 Bonus Voucher categories, which consist of Beauty range (Pink), Slimming range (Purple) & Meal Shape (Green). Get 1 free Bonus Voucher Gift when you collected 8 bonus vouchers under the same category.
5. Are there any redemption deadline for Bonus Voucher gift?
Yes, the redemption deadline is printed on the bonus voucher. Do submit before the deadline, as the bonus voucher will be forfeited after the stated date.
6. I have emailed my accumulated 8 Bonus Vouchers to bvredemption@totalimage.com.my, what should I do next?
Our representative will further assist you via email. Once the application is approved, kindly allow max. 20 working days for the preferred product(s) to be delivered to you.
7. Does the Bonus Voucher Gift(s) comes with Box & Bonus Voucher?
No. Bonus Voucher Gift(s) comes WITHOUT box & bonus voucher.
8. May I change the Bonus Voucher / Bonus Voucher Gifts to cash ?
No, Bonus Vouchers / Bonus Voucher Gift(s) are not exchangeable for Cash or to be used with other privileges / discount.
