How to Participate and Win

 

Shop & Win Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest is organised by Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bhd and open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years old and above as of 1st January 2024 with a valid MyKad.
2. This contest will be governed by the following terms & conditions and entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by the terms & conditions and the decisions of the organisers.
3. Every RM200 spent on any Total Image products entitles the customers to one (1) contest entry. Each participant may submit multiple entries. However, each participant shall only be entitled to win ONE (1) contest prize.
4. Date of purchase, as shown on the receipt(s), must be between 1 Jan – 29 Feb 2024.
5. This contest submission must reach us by WhatsApp (012-914 6737) before 15 March 2024, 11.59pm. Late entry or incomplete details received will be disqualified.
6. Winners will be selected by a Panel of Judges from Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bh. Winners will be notified through emails/mobile call by Total Image.
7. All prizes must be claimed within two (2) weeks from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
8. Announcement of winners will be made by 15th April 2024 via Total Image Social Media Post. The organiser reserves the right to use the names, photographs and IC last 4 digits of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitles to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
9. The organiser reserves the right to request written a proof of Identification Card No and details of any Contest Winner before the prize is dispatched or collected. The organiser reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any Contest Winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request / notification from the organiser
10. The organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the of printing. All prizes are given on an "as is" basis are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any form for whatever reason.
11. Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate/ vary/ withdraw/ substitute this promotion at any time without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The decision of Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bhd is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12. This contest terms & conditions are written in Chinese & English. In the event of any discrepancy, the meaning and spelling of the English version shall be used to interpret the Articles.
